Detailed Description
KVIT Optima 30 is a powerful 8-30 kW pellet burner from the Optima range, designed for an optimal balance of price and functionality. Self-cleaning moving grates reduce ash-pan servicing, while a built-in back-draft damper improves operating safety. The parts in contact with the flame are made of AISI 310s heat-resistant steel for a long service life even under intensive use. Standard equipment includes the ecoMAX 360 controller with automatic ignition and PID control; the ecoMAX 850P2 with touchscreen and lambda-probe support is available as an option.

How Pellet Burners Work
A pellet burner operates on the principle of automatic fuel feeding: pellets are carried from the hopper by an auger conveyor into the combustion chamber, where a ceramic element ignites them without an open flame or manual lighting. A fan forces in air to ensure complete combustion and high efficiency, while ash falls through self-cleaning cascade grates, reducing the need for maintenance. An electronic controller regulates the fuel and air feed based on the set temperature, maintaining stable, economical operation in a fully automatic mode.
