Detailed Description

KVIT Lyuta 60 is a powerful 18-60 kW pellet burner for heating large homes and commercial facilities. Ceramic automatic ignition eliminates open flame and manual firing, while self-cleaning cascade grates reduce ash-pan servicing. The grates and combustion chamber body are made of 5 mm AISI 310s heat-resistant steel for a long service life under high loads. Two-level fire protection improves operating safety. The burner runs on wood pellets and agro-pellets, giving flexibility in fuel choice and lowering operating costs.

Burner Application

Suitable for large private homes and commercial facilities up to 600 m² — shops, car services, greenhouses, warehouses and small production sites that need reliable autonomous heating with enhanced fire safety. Designed for intensive use throughout the entire heating season.

How Pellet Burners Work

A pellet burner operates on the principle of automatic fuel feeding: pellets are carried from the hopper by an auger conveyor into the combustion chamber, where a ceramic element ignites them without an open flame or manual lighting. A fan forces in air to ensure complete combustion and high efficiency, while ash falls through self-cleaning cascade grates, reducing the need for maintenance. An electronic controller regulates the fuel and air feed based on the set temperature, maintaining stable, economical operation in a fully automatic mode.
