Detailed Description

KVIT Lyuta 35 is a 10-35 kW pellet burner for heating large private homes and small commercial facilities. Ceramic automatic ignition eliminates open flame and manual firing, while self-cleaning cascade grates reduce ash-pan servicing. The combustion chamber body is made of 3 mm AISI 310s heat-resistant steel for a long service life even under intensive use. The burner runs on wood pellets and agro-pellets, giving flexibility in fuel choice and lowering operating costs.

Burner Application

Suitable for large private houses up to 350 m², as well as shops, workshops, service stations and small industrial premises that need autonomous, economical heating without constant human supervision. A good choice for owners switching from wood, coal or gas to a cleaner, automated pellet solution.

How Pellet Burners Work

A pellet burner operates on the principle of automatic fuel feeding: pellets are carried from the hopper by an auger conveyor into the combustion chamber, where a ceramic element ignites them without an open flame or manual lighting. A fan forces in air to ensure complete combustion and high efficiency, while ash falls through self-cleaning cascade grates, reducing the need for maintenance. An electronic controller regulates the fuel and air feed based on the set temperature, maintaining stable, economical operation in a fully automatic mode.
