Detailed Description

KVIT Lyuta 100 is the most powerful burner in the Lyuta range, 30-100 kW, for heating large industrial and commercial facilities. Ceramic automatic ignition eliminates open flame and manual firing, while self-cleaning cascade grates reduce ash-pan servicing. The grates and combustion chamber body are made of 5 mm AISI 310s heat-resistant steel for a long service life under maximum loads. Three-level fire protection ensures operating safety. The burner runs on wood pellets and agro-pellets, giving flexibility in fuel choice and lowering operating costs.

Burner Application

Suitable for large industrial and commercial facilities up to 1000 m² — production shops, warehouses, greenhouse complexes and large retail spaces that need maximum autonomous heating with high fire safety. Ideal where throughput and stable operation under constant load matter.

Delivery Set

  • KVIT Lyuta 100 burner, assembled
  • PLUM ecoTOUCH 360 controller
  • Ceramic ignition element
  • Pellet feed auger
  • Mounting kit for installation on the boiler
  • Installation and operation manual

Key Advantages of the Model

  • Ceramic ignition without open flame
  • Self-cleaning cascade grates reduce maintenance
  • Reinforced heat-resistant AISI 310s steel (5 mm) for maximum loads
  • Three-level fire protection
  • Highest output in the range — up to 100 kW

How Pellet Burners Work

A pellet burner operates on the principle of automatic fuel feeding: pellets are carried from the hopper by an auger conveyor into the combustion chamber, where a ceramic element ignites them without an open flame or manual lighting. A fan forces in air to ensure complete combustion and high efficiency, while ash falls through self-cleaning cascade grates, reducing the need for maintenance. An electronic controller regulates the fuel and air feed based on the set temperature, maintaining stable, economical operation in a fully automatic mode.
